In this tour, we visit the famous city of Miletus, her neighbor Priene and a huge greek temple of Apollo in Didyma.

Tour Plan

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel. After a 45-minute drive, we arrive at Priene; a true hidden jewel of Turkey. We visit the most Hellenistic theater in the country, and the temple of Athena (which was built by one of the architects (Pytheus) of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus – one of the seven wonders of the ancient world). Next, we arrived at Miletus where the famous philosopher Thales was born. Although few remains of the ancient city remain, the ancient Roman theater at Miletus is spectacular. Lunch. The last visit of the day is the Temple of Apollo in Dydima (second most important in prophecy in the ancient world after Delphi). Back to the hotel.
